The South Delhi Floor Index is Ultra Realty Estates' quarterly report of builder floor prices, built from Raghav Chopra's own deals and quotes since 2010. The first edition covers Q4 2026. It publishes price ranges by colony and plot size, never individual deals, and it appears here once the deal data is aggregated.

What are Q4 2026 builder floor prices by colony and plot size?
The Q4 2026ranges are not published yet. Until they are, the prices page shows Ultra's current from-prices by colony.

Yes. Each edition comes with a CSV download of the published ranges, linked on this page. The file contains ranges by colony and plot size, with deal counts, and it is described in the page's Dataset markup so search engines and researchers can find it.
