How our fee works

  1. 1

    You say what you want

Buying, selling or a collaboration deal each carry different work, so the fee is tied to the kind of deal.

  2. 2

    Raghav states the fee

He tells you what is charged, who pays and when, before any work starts.

  3. 3

    It is agreed in writing

The terms are written down, so nothing is added later.

  4. 4

    Work proceeds

Raghav handles the deal personally, with no separate listing agent or closing agent to pay.

  5. 5

The fee is paid as agreed

Payment follows the terms you agreed, and it is part of the total cost you see up front.
